When I come home from IKEA, I immediately build whatever it is that I bought...that goes for anything. A new technology toy, or anything, I immediately open it and put it together, turn it on or whatever....so does my Dad.
When I get an itch to turn my furniture around or re-arrange, re-decorate my apartment every few months or with the seasons...so does my Mom.
When I curse because I hurt myself building the above said item from IKEA...so does my Dad.
When I lay around watching HGTV all day because I cannot pull myself away...so does my Mom.
When I stay really late at work to get sh*t done,...that's BOTH of my parents, both are the hardest workers that I know.
When I get caffeine headaches, I know my mom does too. :)
When I baby my cat Mac, and talk to him like he's a human being..I know both my parents do too! :)
When I yell at the TV watching sporting events...so does My Mom & Dad...more Mom tho.
Each day I realize that I'm more and more like my parents...it's a good thing too. They're both fantastic people.
I'm sure someday I'll add to this, when I notice more of their habits creeping into my life. :)
